INSURANCE

In most cases SEGRO insures your building against fire and other risks.  The insurance year runs from 1st January to 31st December.  You are responsible for insuring the contents and any alterations unless we agreed in writing to include these.  We believe the rates provided under our policy are competitive, but if your are to obtain a “like for like” quotation at a preferential rate, we will be pleased to investigate whether we can match it.  A summary of the policy is set out on the back of the premium invoice.
